Sachsenmilch Leppersdorf - Training and More

Our goal: bringing trainees and companies together! With this mission in mind, we recently filmed an introductory video for Sachsenmilch Leppersdorf at a training fair, which was then aired for a month on our app. Since the company offers an incredible number of diverse and great training opportunities, we’d like to highlight it here separately on our blog.

Sachsenmilch in Leppersdorf is one of the largest and most well-known dairy companies in Germany. The company produces a wide range of dairy products, including fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, and butter, which are sold throughout the country and beyond. But Sachsenmilch is more than just a food manufacturer. The company is one of the most important employers in the Leppersdorf region, located close to the state capital of Saxony, Dresden. In addition to a large number of employees, more than 50 apprentices are currently being trained in various professions at the location. Furthermore, Sachsenmilch is committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Specifically, the company is focused on reducing energy consumption, avoiding waste, and promoting the use of renewable energy.

Sachsenmilch is proud to offer training in many different areas and provide a broad range of apprenticeship programs for young people. In addition to dairy product production, training is also offered in the fields of business administration, electrical engineering, IT, and other sectors. This gives apprentices many opportunities to pursue their professional interests and deepen their skills in specific areas. For example, a mechatronics technician gains comprehensive knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and computer science during their 3.5-year apprenticeship at Sachsenmilch, and is ultimately able to maintain, install, or even plan systems used in dairy product production.

The training and further development of its apprentices and employees is of great importance to Sachsenmilch. In addition to excellent equipment, cutting-edge technologies, and a pleasant working environment, the company ensures that trainees work closely with experienced employees, providing the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience.
